RETURN POLICY:

Shop with confidence as we offer a 45 Day Hassle Free Returns Policy. We hope you love the goods you have ordered and we want you to be happy with each and every purchase, and if you do wish to return an item from your order, you may ship it back to us within 45 days for an Item Cost Refund if you're not completely satisfied. Upon receipt of your return we will issue a refund within 7 days, via the same method of payment. Please keep in mind the Buyer is responsible for All Shipping Costs to and from. Team Fan Cave is Not responsible for lost or stolen packages so please provide us with a safe and secure address for your delivery. Please note ALL RETURNS OVER $99 will be charged a 10% Restocking Fee to cover our cost of Shipping.

Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages so be sure to check your mailing address and add your apartment number if you have one. Also most all Deliveries occur on time but occasionally a package can get delayed and Tracking can seem off. This does happen and we have to allow patience for your local post office to make the delivery. Once shipped we cannot assist your local drivers with your delivery at any point.
